Fall Out 4: Last Morse Codes and more Lore

In the last Morse code broadcast, 899 survivors were killed by unknown attackers. The sole survivor, known as survivor 2299, contacted Black Row for rescue.  In this broadcast, the focus was shifted to Morse code transmitted to the HQ of Black Row by a rescuer.

"Calling Black Row Outstation. Reporting suspicious activity near secure location: The Institute...
-One visual threat detected.  Two, no three unknown humanoids, 3 miles northwest, over.
-One vault dweller 2 miles north; three unknown humans 3 miles northwest, over."

Internet lore has stated that Black Row is an authority that governs the area following the nuclear fallout.
Most likely in this message, a black row rescue has visited and investigate vault 119 and is reporting 3 humans that were seen in the area following the attack.  More significant context to the situation at hand was transmitted in the next message.

"Calling Black Row, Calling Black Row.  Report: day seven, on Harvard Bridge.  People are scared; last night we heard strange noise from The Institute. At the moment we see strange humans distance 2 miles north.  Something isn't right with that place, over."

The plot thickens.  Little is known about The Institute other than it produces powerful AI, and people nearby are scared of The Institute's unknown capabilities.

The Harvard bridge is a real life landmark that links Cambridge, Massachusetts with Boston, Massachusetts and if you continue on the bridge, then you'll reach MIT.  The Harvard bridge is locally known as the MIT bridge.  This latest transmission shows, whoever is running the survivor 2299 site has put some thought into the story and a clearer picture is unfolding on how all this information relates to Fallout 4.
