End of the Walking Dead bc Producers are Ego Tripping!

I'm a bit late, but Carl's death was the shocker that producers of The Walking Dead promised for the mid-season finale.  This plot twist really messed up the show and ends the series.Now some of you are saying that The Walking Dead will not end anytime soon since the comic book is still going.  I say to you that you're wrong. 

I'm more than certain that Walking Dead fans noticed the show has really dipped in ratings due to the episodes being weak and main characters roles changing for the worse.  Characters like Michonne, Maggie Greene and Daryl Dixon have really seen a lack of air time and development.  But their lack of air time was for good reasons.

Danai Gurira, best known for playing Michonne on the popular AMC series, lends her talents to Black Panther as Okoye, a member of Wakanda's bodyguard force the Dora Milaie. 

Lauren Cohan, best known for playing Maggie Greene, spent majority of the year filming a movie called the Boy.  Lets just say that the movie flopped. 

Norman Reedus, best known for playing Daryl Dixon, will be featured in Death Stranding.  Death Stranding directed by Hideo Kojima is already winning awards for the art direction. The story of Death Stranding is the character Sam dies and the player is sent to another world, referred to as an upside-down world submerged in water. Kojima suggests that when the player returns to the world of the living, anything they did or any damage that an explosion or the likes causes when the player dies remains persistent in the world and does not go away. Another element talked about is the existence of "Timefall" a type of rain with the ability to age or deteriorate whatever it hits. Another gameplay element talked about is the players ability to interact with the environment and wander outside of the character's body, as well as recovering items when they die.

Back to The Walking Dead.  The show is really all over the map with filler storylines b/c the main characters were doing other projects.  Now that everyone is back the producers decided to make a cut to prove a point.  They decided to let Carl get bit which basically ends the show.

If you who read The Walking Dead comicbook, then you know is the main star of the franchise.  There is a theory that the series is told from the perspective of Carl. That is why Rick Grimes can do everything that's impossible.  Well now that Carl is dead, what is the show future?

Many are saying that Carl Grimes, Chandler Riggs, wanted to do projects outside of the series.  For that reason he is leaving the show.  To be honest the kid has been on the show since he was 10. so it's the only show on his resume that will stand out. so I feel that's complete bullshit. 

I feel that Carl character was killed b/c Producers want to make it known that the TV show does not have to stick to the comic book storyline.  Carl being killed was the final statement on that.  Many characters like the priest, Carol, Rosita Eugene, Daryl, and should be dead already. 

Killing Carl off basically means the show has no young stars to develop and really putting everything on the regular 5 stars - Rick, Michonne, Maggie, Carol and Daryl to continue the series.  They're putting everything they have on them, and I have to say good luck.  When you stray from the origins of the comicbook series then you are setting yourself up for failure.

Hideo Kojima Firing was a Hoax?

For gamers like me that were disappointed to see Hideo Kojima departure from Konami, we can breathe a sigh of relief.

According to Vamien McKalin of Tech Times the voice actress Donna Burke stated "Konami is correct in that Kojima has not actually been fired. As I stated previously he and his team are still working hard on getting the game out. My sincere apologies to Konami, Hideo Kojima and the fans for giving the wrong impression.

I was trying to add my voice to Otsuka-san pleading with the fans to not abandon MGSV because of the stuff happening at Konami and to throw my support behind Kojima and everyone who has worked over the last five years and is working to make this game the greatest ever."

The take away you are suppose to get from reading this is that the rumor of Kojima being fired was really a marketing tactic to increase buzz for the new Metal Gear Solid Game coming out. Developers hoped that consumers would buy the game believing this was Kojima's final video game and his gaming artistry would be over.

Silent Hill Canceled Evidence to Prove It!

For gamers like me who were excited to see Norman Reedus from the Walking Dead, Guillermo del Toro from Hellboy and Pan’s Labyrinth, and Hideo Kojima from Metal Gear series working together on the new Silent Hill, we have been disappointed tonight.

It was confirmed by Del Toro in a statement when asked about the status of Silent Hills, the upcoming title in the long running Silent Hill series from Konami. His answer to the question was, “It’s not gonna happen and that breaks my greasy heart.”

To me, I knew the game wasn't going to happen just because of the disgraceful and dishonorable firing of Hideo Kojima at Konami. Obviously, Kojima can't finished a project if he is no longer working for the company.  I hate the way business politics always leaves visionaries like Kojima on the short end of the stick.  Below I listed more pieces of evidence to support Silent Hill was cancelled.

The first evidence the Silent Hill project was cancelled came from the game's playable teaser demo being pulled from the PSN store a few days ago.  The second evidence came from Norman Reedus himself on twitter saying the Silent Hill project was over.  The third evidence came via news from Del Toro saying the project wasn't happening.

It's a sad day in the gaming world.  I feel like this is foreshadowing for more bad news to come. 

Metal Gear Solid Lore

Few franchises are as thought provocative as the Metal Gear Solid franchise.  Conspiracy theories run rapid as gamers try to make sense of the Metal Gear lore and Hideo Kojima's twisted mind.  This complexity has alienated a significant portion of the gaming community.  With the pending release of Metal Gear Solid 5, there is no time more paramount then now to begin comprehending the intricacies of the franchise's story.   Therefore, I have taken upon myself to give a helping hand in the overwhelming endeavor of making sense of the Metal Gear Lore.

1920s
It is important to start at the beginning, the foundation of the Metal Gear franchise series.  Where is the timeline is thegenesis, the starting point?  Let's begin with the foundation of the organization known as the "The Philosophers".  The foundation of the "The Philosophers" is the single event that separates the real world from the alternate world of Metal Gear Hideo Kojima created.

Founded in 1922 after WWI, "The Philosophers" were created and consisted on the wealthiest and smartest minds from the United States, Soviet Union, and the Republic of China.  The original founders of "The Philosophers" became known as the "Wiseman's Committee".  "The Wiseman's Committe" sole purpose was to stir the world away from brutal and needless warfare.  As years passed, corruption and greed broke up the group.

1930s
In the 1930s, the last member of the Wiseman's Committee" was assassinated after he revealed the dark secrets of the organization to his daughter.

His daughter would later go on to have a legacy, a will that shaped the entire metal gear franchise.  The name of that girl is "The Boss".  With all the original members of the Wiseman Committee dead, new members would replace their seats and change the original righteous intentions of the group into strategies for money and power.

In the following decade, the new philosophers would under-mind their local governments while training a new generation of super-soldiers and spies to spread global influence until they created endless cycles of conflict and war until war became an economy control by their will alone.

During that decade several key Metal Gear characters were born.  In 1935, John was born.  John would later take on the name "Big Boss".  He would give birth to three super soldiers known as Solid, :iquid and Solidus Snake.

In May 1936 Eva was born.  Another key character named Eva (Tatyana) later known as Big Mama.  She was born in American, but she was taken by "The Philosophers" to be raised in their sleeper agent. Later she became a double agent for KGB and Chinese People's Liberation Army.  She was tasked with finding the Philosopher's Legacy.   Later became the surrogate mother of Solid Snake and Liquid Snake.

In June 1936 Dr. Clarke known as Para-medic was born.  She would grow up to become the chief of Foxhound medical staff and founding member of the Patriots.

During the 1930s, Major Zero known as Cipher is a 30 year old fully trained agent.  Major  Zero was commander of CIA group FOX.  Major Zero along with Big Boss became founders of the Patriots.

In 1939, Donald Anderson later known as Sigint would be born.  Later, Sigint would go on to become a member of Fox, founder of the Patriots, Chief of DARPA which would support the development of Metal Gear Rex.

1940s
Later, a dark chapter in history would be written known as World War 2.  In WWII, to ensure the victory of the Allied forces, "The Philosopher's" came together to create a fund of $100 billion now that would be $1.3 Trillion.  This mass fund become known as the "Philosopher's Legacy".  This endless pool of money would later be used to fund weapon projects such as rockets, nuclear weapons, superhuman soldiers known as "the Cobra Unit".

During WWII, The Boss gets pregnant by Cobra Unit spirit medium The Sorrow.  On D-Day, The Boss gives birth to Revolver Ocelot.

In 1945, Hal Otacon Emmerich was conceived by a scientist from the Manhattan Project and born when the U.S.detonated the first nuclear missiles over Nagasaki and Hiroshima.  Thus laying the ground work to end WWII.

WWII ended and Boris Valgin laundered the funds of the Philosopher's Legacy in banks all over the world. The transactions for all the bank deposits was placed on a single microfilm and is said to be the "Philosopher's Legacy itself.

After the world saw the power of nuclear warfare.  The threat of global nuclear war became a deterrent as members of the Manhattan Project disbanded and went to the highest bidders to share their nuclear weaponry design secrets. The Cold War began and thus four decades of espionage interpreted by Hideo Kojima's Metal Gear Solid began.  Hideo Kojima was born in 1963 in Japan, but he was educated on the effects war has on the world.  The franchise Metal Gear Solid was Kojima's way of showing this generation the effects of war, definitions of death, games of espionage used to grease the wheel of industry and control power. Kojima wanted to show that the one's truly effected by the choices those in power make are the innocent citizens that get caught up in war.

Well, that's the back story of all the events that lead up to the first Metal Gear Solid being released.  If I get 1000 hits, then I'll continue the Metal Lore.
